Deadlift To Upright Row
i absolutely love this exercise
obviously the deadlift part is no where near as heavy as it would be fo a normal deadlift, but its more of a trap execise anyway.
give it a try, it absolutely destroyed my traps and back, loving it!
Anyone else do these on shoulder or back days?

yes, it's like (or is) the clean (or snatch depending on grip) high pull

you would probably benefit more from doing heavier deads.

to me my deadlift weigh is way heavier than my upright row weight and I think it would be hard for me to get a good workout for either because even for the upright rows I imagine I would generate some momentum on the way up and make the row easier. I think I will stick to deads and rows.
