Giving Blood
This may be know already by most but I feel like it's a good idea to keep a "Friendly" reminder going to all my fitness folk!
Please don't risk getting hurt by working out; weights, cardio or ANYTHING requiring getting your blood pumping after donating blood! I made the silly mistake of trying to "work out lightly" today approximately six hours after donating blood and had myself a good 'ol fashion black-out.
No matter how well you feel or think you can get your workout on, don't be like me and take that chance. All in all, what good is having a "Nice physique" if you end up in a comma, hospital, or worse.
