help with calories :S

hey guys i was just wondering... i know im suppost to eat around 175g of protein per day + 175g Carbs + 40g of fat per day and around 2500 calories based on my body weight, but what if i eat the correct amount of protein, carbs and fat but dont get the full 2500 calories, what should i do :S is it bad to eat more?? please help!!!

well i weigh 175lbs and ive heard that u hve 1g of protein per lb of body weight then i was told to have 40%/40%/20% (P,C,F) im not to sure how many calories i shud be having to bulk up but my problem is matching correct ammounts of protein and carbs with the correct mmount of calories :S
