help with calories :S
hey guys i was just wondering... i know im suppost to eat around 175g of protein per day + 175g Carbs + 40g of fat per day and around 2500 calories based on my body weight, but what if i eat the correct amount of protein, carbs and fat but dont get the full 2500 calories, what should i do :S is it bad to eat more?? please help!!!
