my pre-bed shake is
-25g casein
-25g whey
-1 Tbsp Natty PB- 8g fat
-1 Tbsp Flax Oil- 14g fat
water
-Goal-
I just did a 1 month Keto diet went from 165-155 got my abs showin, and would just like to maintain this. Possibly a long slow very clean bulk.
Is this too much fat before bed? or is it good?

Nothing wrong with that, but why so much protein? You'll be just fine with the casein.
