    Water weight. No big deal man, even I gain an average of 6-9 pounds from my cheat days.

I'd be willing to say that 95% of people on this forum accomplish nothing in years, don't be one of those people. It's sad,they seem to have the knowledge many don't but can't utilize it.

    lol, yea short term things like this happen. Just don't expect that something like this is good for your goals in the long run. But if you are coming off an extremely hard cut there are worse things than a week long refeed.

    yea i did a 6 day binge on my vacation and came back 18 pounds heavier. after the water weight was gone i gained about 4 pounds of actual weight which will be gone in about 2 weeks anyway. no big deal.

    where you working out during your binge or no?
