what's for dinner?
I'm actually beginning to like the taste of veggies. I'm a carnivore and used to consider homefries with peppers and onions a salad. Here's what I had tonight and it's actually pretty good! It's just romain lettuce, tomato, corn, egg whites and grilled chicken with less than a teaspoon of light blue cheese dressing. I feel my appetite progressively shrinking as I only ate half of this and am stuffed! 27 more pounds to go!!!

That actually looks good. I have nights where I don't feel like eating that much now also. However, I have nights where I eat and I"m still starving. From what I can see of your avatar you don't look like you're overweight - How'd you pick your target weight?

lol thanks all for the feedback. I admit I haven't been that strict with my diet the past 1.5 months so I only dropped about 12 pounds. I want to really focus now and try to drop another 20 pounds before July. Rizzin, I'm at over 25% bodyfat and I just want to cut down to 15% by this fall. I picked my target weight from a time in my 20's when I was in good shape. The pic is deceiving, I'm a fatass lol. here's the before/after about 2 months of cutting. as you can tell, i still have a LONG way to go.
