Yes, I'm powerlifting, but this annoys the **** out of me. Yes furious.
You know how people can look good even if they have a bit higher bodyfat, but they have that well developed pecs look.
Well, my pecs = fail.
My ****ing legs grow like weed, but my chest is just ridicolusly small in comparison to everything (maybe apart from my waist lols).
People with no upper chest mass, unite.

I know bro. I'm also getting fat now lolz. Maybe here's a better pic:
My legs fail too, because of their imbalances (because of an injury).
Left thigh is 25" and right thigh is 24" (measured at midpoint).
I'd fail so hard at bodybuilding it's not even funny.Workout journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=116712111

There is no one way to stimulate hypertrophy, you have to find what works for you and that takes a **** load of time. For me I know I respond pretty well to heavy weight, low reps, and progressively overloading the weight each week with form that is safe, but not perfect. I respond to higher frequency and lower volume, you gotta find what works for you. That may change for me in a while....

in that last pic your upper chest dont look too bad, at least your clavicles arn't sticking out ugh.
i know your powerlifting, but my only advice would be to switch to a slight incline instead of flat, this will only help your flat bench aswell swinging the hammer trying to get upper chest growth.
my upper chest blows too, i've given up flat bench totally, and do 2 different heights of incline. seems to be working.***70's Diet Crew***
