Unhappy Disgusting pain in my forearms! Help!

Ive been having a throbbing pain in my forearms when trainging for about a month now. Hurts most when curling!.....Is there anything I can buy either supplements or support wraps that will help get rid of the pain when training?

Links please, any advice will be REALLY appreciated. I don't want to stop training at all!

Hey Mate. I've already replied to someone else on this forum with a similar issue. I experiebced the same thing about a year ago. The best way to descirbe it is "Shin Splints....but for the forearm". After trying different exercises and wrist wraps, i discovered that the issue is caused by the Ulna Nerve. The Ulna nerve runs under the elbow and sometimes it can get pinched, particularly during curling exercises. I had to change my routine for about a month. Low weight with high rep. Now i train Triceps first, then Biceps. It seems to be alot better. I still get a little pain if i'm doing straight arm curls though. Hope this helps.

Maybe you should stop aggravating it...

But yeah, REST, massage, probably some heat and some of what DGibson said.
