Going to start just eating the whites and I want to be able to put it into my fitday.

Dude - you can look up "egg, white only" on fitday and it will prepopulate for ya...

I looked it up, but it gives it to me in cups. I want to know what it would be for a boiled egg, if you didn't eat the yolk.

You can change the setting from "cup" to "egg white" to "large egg white" to "grams". You will see.

Figure THAT out and you won't ever have to bother asking such a mundane question again. Were you planning on doing that with every food you eat or what?
