Agreed
I agree, i love the stuff. CUTS is definitly the one that works the best for me. I've also tried Animal Pak, Pump, and Flex. Cuts is great for what the name implies, burning fat, gaining definition, vascularity, and max striations. This product is especially good if your muscles seem to hold excess water weight. Let us know how you do when your all done.

They are much easier to swallow than the Pak. Much smaller. Cuts is a staple for leaning out.

Its alright: I definitely notice the caffeine, but like all supplements it doesn't do jack if you don't eat clean. My first round it didn't do squat cause I was binging on the weekend....
I've been much better this time around and can almost see the top of my abs...
Also beware: it makes you piss like a horse, being a diuretic and such.

You have to be in a caloric deficit. Are you keeping a food log to figure out exactly how many calories you are taking in? Are you doing cardio?

My best advice to you is to keep track of everything you are eating. Know how many calories, how many grams of carbs, protein, fat you are getting. You have to really be in depth with your training/nutrition when you are cutting.
Also if you feel like you aren't noticing effects, you may need to do more than just 3-4 days of cardio a week. How long are these sessions? How many days a week are you training?
Just increase the resistance and/or intensity of each and you will see results with a properly tuned in diet.

I took cuts for 2 weeks, and honestly i had to stop. It really took my energy levels in the gym down for some reason. I normally love animal products but this one seemed to put me down a bit. Im gonna finish the rest of the packs if possible and ill let ya know what i think on a second try.

Definitely have to agree with this... I was surprised at what I was and wasn't getting in, after I started keeping track of my food... And, a bump up in cardio can make all the difference in the world...

Let us know how ya do... Otherwise, if energy levels are more of a concern, you may want to consider trying Shock Therapy... It gives you a pretty good jolt of energy, and great pumps...

9 total- one big oblong tablet, 3 capsules, and 5 smaller round tablets, all smaller than an Aspirin.
I'm on my first cycle and all is great so far. I'm going to start a Journal with my 2nd cycle.

ANIMAL Cuts is awesome!!! Really helps you shed the excess weight caused by water retention and gives you energy too! I did a cycle back in February and lost about 10 lbs. Just started another cycle on April 26, lookin to get a little lean for the summer. Great product.
