Low carbohydrate days
Meal 1- 2 eggs, 3 whites, and 2 piece bread
Meal 2- tuna, pb, and rice cake.
Meal 3- 8 oz fish, 2 piece bread, and veggies.
Meal 4- whey shake
Meal 5- whey shake
Meal 6- 8 oz chicken, veggies, and apple.
Meal 7- 2 cups milk
Calories- 2000 Protein- 225g Carbohydrates- 65g Fats- 75g
High carbohydrate day
Meal 1- 2 eggs, 3 whites, 1/2 cup oats and 2 piece bread
Meal 2- tuna, pb, 2 pieces bread.
Meal 3- 8 oz fish, 1 cup rice, and veggies.
Meal 4- whey shake and ? cup oats
Meal 5- whey shake
Meal 6- 8 oz chicken, 2 pieces bread veggies, and apple.
Meal 7- 2 cups milk
Calories- 2500 Protein- 225g Carbohydrates- 235g Fats- 75g
