I have been having some trouble getting this keto thing down. I have dropped 22 Lbs on a normal low calorie / low carb diet but now I wanna do some weights and go keto to drop the last few pounds and tone up..
I cant seem to get it right though. I am using keto strips to check and I haven't hit ketosis so I figured I would post a snapshot of my daily diet for you guys to critique.. any help appreciated (and yes I know my calories are low..I have been dropping 2 & 1/2 lbs a week. This is why I am now slowly going to up my intake and use keto for the last few lbs.
I usually eat some vegies (one-two cups broccoli and/or beans) and take fibre and multivitamins also - I just haven't added them into todays
