consentration curls with a bar?
if u leaned over as if u were doing a back row and curled the bar, in a sense, isnt that similar to a concentration curl? or does this not work right.
i dont like dumbells as much as the bar, i feel a much better pump with a bar, go figure lol

That sounds like a spider curl more or less... yes it would work fine.

have u tried it? And if so did it still work ur biceps? If it isnt messing ur back up and is still working your biceps the way u want then i'd assume its ok to do

I think the whole purpose of a concentration curl is to really concentrate on the muscle thats being contracted.
That being said, It's alot harder to concentrate on two seperate muscles compared to one. Thats why concentration curls are normally done with Dumbbells.
By using a barbbell, your losing the concentration which gives the excercise its very name.
