Caffeine + green tea help?
Slightly interested in this as a fat burner.
My apologies if i should have posted this in the supplements section.

HOW TO LOSE FAT
1. get your diet right(research Cal. Cycling, Spike Diet, and Keto Diet)
1a. get your protein, fiber, and water
2. lift heavy, heavy. supersets. -3x week-
3. Sprints(Totaling300yrds) -3x week-
4. Supplements(Omega3, multi-vitamin, creatine, whey, ect..)
5. Research EC Stack
6. Morning cardio before bkfast

I've been stacking green tea and yerba mate lately
seems to be working pretty well

ephedrine = bronkaid(pill - find at drug store)
caffee = stay awake, no dooze(pill - find at drug store)
green tea = pill or drink
1st week:
1 of each after lunch (test it out to see how your feel. if you feel weird or anything stop taking it)
2nd week:
1 of each in the morning. 1 of each after lunch
3rd week:
1 of each in the morning. 1 of each after lunch, 1 in the evening
4th week:
stop so your body doesn't get used to it. Take off 2weeks to a month.
