my summer workout - u guys got any thoughts??

k just changing to a new routine to help build a little more muscle before summer, u guys got any thoughts?

mon - chest/biceps

bb bench 4x6
db incline 3x8
decline 3x8
seated db curl 3x8
EZ curl 3x8
preacher curl 2x8

tues - legs/core

squats 5x6
f.squats 3x6
leg ext 3x8
ham curls 4x8
plank + crunches

wed - off / cardio

thurs - shoulders/core

standing military 5x6
arnold presses 4x8
lateral db raises 3x8
bb shrugs 5x8
core work

fri - back/triceps

pull ups 5x6
bb rows 5x8
pullovers 3x8
dips 4x8
skulls 3x8
overhead db ext 3x8
deadlifts 5x5

sa - off/cardio
su - off/cardio

Seems like a pretty solid routine except for that your triceps will probaly already be sore on friday from the shoulder presses on thursday.
