Fish oil and Syntha 6
Two totally random topics, sorry for that
Anyways, i was wondering what ALL the benefits are of fish oil caps
also, I just bought BSNs syntha 6 protein and just want to know how effective it is.

Used in the cells for structure of the lipid bi-layer
BSN Syntha-6:Almost the same thing as Nitro-core 24 its cheaper and a tad better!

oh, and fish oil helps repair tissue and displace other than omega oils. Lubricates skin, joints, hair and nails

agreed, while it is delicious BSN needs to make it in a 5lb or 10lb and drop the price. If it were 22-24 dollars with the tub they have now, that'd be much better. 17.99 on whey cheap wouldn't hurt either
