    Eating too much cottage cheese?

I eat 2 servings which is 5g fat, and 28grams of protein (1 cup) for post workout
and 2 servings before bed time.

is this bad or nah, i should continue.
i have a problem with eating at night so i'm hoping this is a good substitute for anything/everything

I disagree on the breakfast aspect, as CC is a great slow protein for nighttime, however I agree on the sodium, this would be the only thing I would worry about.

dietary protein absorption increases post workout because exercise stimulates protein synthesis since the body reverts to an anabolic state. it also stimulates overall blood circulation which would quickly carry recovery macronutrients to where it is needed in the body

immediately postworkout cottage cheese is because it is full of casein which absorbs slowly..whey is best because you need something that absorbs very quickly (fast carbs also!)

but with postworkout meal, awhile after your immediate postworkout, it would be great

also cc is a great before bed snack or any other time of day, backs me up bad tho so i dont eat in anymore
