I want to know if the decline bench press really works the lower regions of the chest. I seem to be gaining muscle and rigidity in the upper chest region from below the shoulder to the nipple. However, the part below the nipple is not gaining muscle at all. This is giving an appearance of breasts. While I am doing declines regularly, I am not sure if it is really helping me .. can any one comment on this ?
