Rhubarb. In season, tasty, low cal and will make you **** like a champ.
Actually just eat your vegetables. Plenty of beet greens, broccoli, spinach, kale, fennel, celery etc will keep you regular.
If you really need a fibre supplement, then psyllum husks are great. Buy it in a bag, stir a spoonful into a glass of water. Capsules of it are just wasting your time.65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs = keto.

I actually picked up some Psylum husk last week (powder form) and found it helped.
I do eat a regular amount of vegetables, mostly spinach and broccoli with most meals. The meals I don't/couldn't get my greens I wanted a backup plan.
So how often are you supposed to take Psylum husk as a fiber supplement?

You're right...I haven't been in a situation where I've cried on the toilet hoping for it to end...
Because it never even starts to begin with. And I don't consume any fiber in my diet outside of small trace amounts.
I certainly wouldn't waste my money on something like 'Psyllium husks' unless I needed help going to the bathroom.
