10:00-1 pb&j sandwich on 7 grain
11:00-1 cup 2% milk
1:1 turkey sandwich on 7 grain
3:30-(PWO)-1 scoop isoflex 1/2 cup dry oats 1 cup 2% milk(1/2 cup dry brown rice + lean protien on non workout days)
5:00- 1 chicken or steak, 1/2 cup dry brown rice or 1 sweet potato, veggies and 1 cup 2% milk
7:30-1/2 cup dry oats + 2 tbs peanut butter
10:00-1 cup 2% milk and cottage cheese
Anyways, does this bulk seem clean?
