help w/female question (male asking)
For males that want to add muscle usually the course of action is to increase the calories which ends up with muslce gain if lifting properly along with a little increase in fat. In training females, most females will not tolerate the weight on the scale to go up, even if there body fat percentage is decreasing (meaning they are adding muscle). Any way to get around this training females, or just live with the smaller gains that will come about?

you need to thoroughly explain the dynamics of building muscle and its benefits and the contrasting amount of calories that a pound of fat and of muscle will burn. You need to reiterate that it is impossible for women to become too "manly" since they do not produce enough test. to build that greatly. Also, provide articles (which you can find on this site) that discuss the reason behind weight increasing even though fat decreases and examples of female competitors who look healthy and great with more muscle than fat!
