i have an almost full bottle of lipo6......it sucks, i dont even use it never worked. hydroxcut hardcore is far superior

opposite for me. Lipo6x works great and hydroxicut doent even wake me up.

Caffeine and green tea have worked way better for me than any pre made fat burners. I think people exspect to eat the same and lose tons of fat.

I personally use Hydroxycut Hardcore, but I previously used Lipo 6x. Different products work for different people.. so experiement. I really like Hydroxycut HC, but I'm trying a new one when this runs out, like CL REDuction. I want to try Animal Cuts when I hit a plateau.

can someone explain to me how these pills work? take them and eat what ever you want? or take them and they will burn fat buy themselvs?

why does many people claims its unhealthy?

For the most part, they are supposed to increase your metaboilsm slightly while also giving you more energy (usually by pumping you full of caffine).

I personally drink a LOT of coffee every day, so when I swapped to Lipo6 and cut out the morning coffee, I guess I should have expected failure. Reg dose did nothing but give me a slightly queasy stomach (possibly from my thoughts concerning the money I threw away on it).

Fat burners aren't wonder pills. I just take em because i have an office job where i hardly move and i don't like coffee. So lipo6x works perfect to keep my metabolism up at work and burn of a couple extra calories. Makes it easier to loose weight. But if your diet is sloppy fatburners will do nothing. Maybe slow down the road to fatness.
