My left bicep is smaller than my right one. Anyone know how i can fix it?

Its mostly the outside head of the bicep thats lagging. So far ive been doing two extra sets of left arm dumbell curls slightly to the inside on my arm workouts. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Easy... just lift more using ur left hand...

Whatever u do on ur right bicep, do extras for ur left bicep..

Like DB curls... do more for left bicep...

    DONE...

Stick with dumbells for awhile. Same # of reps each side.

a lot of beginners experience this
You might overtrain your left biceps by adding extra sets and that might slow them down even further

If you are right handed if you continue using barbell exercises your left bicep will have to work harder to get up the weight and it will grow faster than your right

It should even out in time. Stick with your routine.

My right is bigger than my left, but I can lift more with my left. It doesn't make sense.
