Hi ladies
I'm a total lurker, and I have learned so much reading a lot of these posts. You ladies are fantastic.
Anyhow, my diet is very clean, a lot of egg whites, tons of green veggies, fish , chicken, whey oats occasionally and cottage cheese oh, did I mention STRAWBERRIES?????? I eat A LOT!!!!!! of strawwberries, maybe 25 small ones a day. I put them in my cottage cheese, salads, as a side with dinner, and I was wondering if this would hinder progress in getting lean? I swear they keep me sane, and I think its better than eating, say 2 100 calorie packs of processed sweet-ish things...I want to look like I can compete.
