I finally killed a deer with a bow and arrow!!! (SERIOUS) (LUNG SHOT) (PICS)

So I was up in Bradford County at a property on which I am lucky enough to be able to hunt. It was the first day of bow season up there on Saturday, we went out at around 6AM and sat until about 10AM, I was in a tree stand on a small food plot. Didn't see anything except a few chipmunks.

Went out again at around 3AM, was in nearby spot but different, with a food plot to my left and a trail to my right. I have shot numerous deer on this spot, as well as my first buck. It was starting to get dark (the best time for deer movement), and I see three does slowly walking towards my stand from the left, coming towards the food plot from the woods. They were pretty relaxed, just browsing/grazing, then came into the food plot. One of them presented a broadside shot about 20 yards away, I aimed, fired, waited about ten minutes, got down and tracked it and found it crashed up against a tree, dead as a rock.

I gutted it, hung the heart on a tree for the coyotes as I always do, and dragged it back to the house. Weighed in at 100lbs field-dressed.

The arrow entered here, a little high but still got some lung:

Did not recover arrow, it went right through the body and probably is buried in the ground.

Also no hate, but that's a tiny deer lol. That's like one meal breh.

Bow hunting seems pretty cool. Eh shoots deers, and doesn't afraid of anything.

Nice man. I'm going out this weekend when i get out of fire school on Saturday. It's gun season here so im taking my gun and bow just incase something walks a little to close. I've only shot a couple hogs with my bow so I'm still looking for a deer with it.
