I probably get more then the healthy amount of caffeine per day via tea and a couple sodas like mountain dew.
I have read that caffeine can play a role in getting less erections, or affecting erection quality.
So I guess my question to you guys is whether you yourself have seen a difference. Maybe some of you rarely ingest caffeine and had erections like steel and then went onto caffeine and noticed a difference...or vice versa.
I am really tempted to start weaning myself off caffeine altogether, for health reasons, but also to see if it can affect my desire, performance, erection quality, and all of the above
or is it a lost cause and caffeine plays no role in erection issues.
