Currently Im 6'1 220 lbs about 13-15% body fat Im looking to lose size and get to 180 10% body fat; in particular lose my legs that I grew from heav squatting, deads, football and being alwaysa huge(220+)...
My Plan is eats low cals but healthy and balanced(fruits+veggies+NUts)
For shrinking my thighs Im walking at a steady pace for 60+ minutes per day or EOD. And doing light reps to rip em out(HAHA)!
