    Arm Endurance

During a wrestling match my arms become jelly after so many minutes. Should I try increasing reps for all the muscles in my arms or are there particular muscles I should focus on?

What that suggests to me is what you're currently doing is actually hurting your performance. Maybe not getting enough rest? Maybe if you're doing the body building type workouts for your arms, switch to the max training workouts, fewer reps, higher intensity. Adjust how many times a week you do the workouts on your strength needs. I would also do isometric training which would help you I would think. I don't know how many times you wrestle too as that in itself is isometric so you may just be doing too much.
