GABA USERS - experienced decrease muscle tone?

I have been taking it for a week.

Should I be concerned about the decrease in muscle tone? I was taking it for sleep

I followed the link, but the article is just extracted and doesn't refer to the effects.

I have googled "GABA muscle tone" and they refer to affects but do not elucidate nature of effects

"Muscle tone" in this regard is not in relation to muscle-mass vs fat-mass which is the "exercise description" (for want of better words). They are referring to the general state of muscle contraction at any one time.

Because GABA acts as a neurotransmitter inhibitor, the decrease in muscle tone it is referring to is the relaxation of the muscle contraction i.e. it puts you into a relaxed state physically (and possible mentally).
