what is the best food to eat 1 hour before and after your workout?
I just had my protein shake a banana and an apple, is that ok?

sweat potatos are excellent source of complex carbs and taste goood
fruits are good before and after to because they have simple carbs so ur body digests them faster and along with complex carbs 30-45 mins after workout.I rep back/neg back(might be on recharge/spread)

It doesn't matter how fast you eat them; however, it is preferable for them to be digested and metabolized quickly so as to "spike" blood glucose and, inherently, insulin levels.
