Goals Now Before football season
Bench 225 250-275
Squat 375 400-450
Clean 215 225-250

The one at my school is pretty big, 210 lbs but not really too strong. He benches 315 for one rep, squats 405 for one rep, but I'm not sure about his deadlift.

we got a kid whos going to be a sr next year who runs a 4.7 40 weighs about 200ish bench is 3x355 and squat is 3x505 and power clean is 3x275 only problem is hes like 5'5 on a good day and his ball handling isnt the greatest cause his arms are so short and big
5'10" 200lbs
bench - 290x3
squat - 385x3
power clean - 245x3

My fullback in high school was the following:
Age: 17
Weight: 250
Height: 5'11
Bench: 325
Squat: 450
Clean: 250
40: 4.8
He was really gifted physically, but he had a bunch of off-the-field problems and ended up getting kicked out before he saw live action with us.@24HrTrainerNOLA
