    Exclamation Ask a guy that took a fight for this weekend anything!

    I've been training hard for my fight at 145 lbs at the end of May.

    I've been bugging my head trainer a lot lately and he asked my why I was so eager to fight. I told him I felt that amateur fights were great learning experiences, win or lose.

    He then asked me if I wanted to fight this weekend at 155 sense my weight is hovering around there and I said sure!
    He said he'll talk with the promoter tonight and see if they have any green 155'ers ready to go.

    I am at 162 lbs tonight.


    The only downside is I ate way toooooo many leg kicks in sparring tonight (again) and have been dilligently popping the ibuprofen and icing it. Hopefully it will feel better come fight time.

    Seven pounds should be a super easy cut for you. If you are eating a lot of fiber, you can probably cut four pounds by just not eating for twenty-four hours.

    You going to compete in grappling too or just MMA?

    I plan on doing NAGA this summer when it comes close to my town again.

    But before then, if I fight at all of our local events which is about 1 per month, I should have 3 more AM-MMA fights.

    I helped a guy gain 1/4" on his biceps with 1 workout, and it was definatly volume training
    eat that you buncha HIT nazi's
    (also helped Jesin gain 6/10 " and Q gained 1/10th", also DoctorX2k2 gained 1/4")

    Yeah, I have trained with a couple people who do. But it's easy here. There's two shows every week.

    my advice (youll prbably already have it from your camp) for the legs is to ice them at first, but then use hot water compresses, or hot baths every day as often as possible after the first 24 hours.

    brings blood to the surface of the skin, and forces fresh blood to the bruises.

    Talk to people that know him and ask them his strengths. Then use that and then when you fight him if you are on the bad hand of the exchanges go to the ground.

    you should be able to find fight results somewhere online even if the information is fairly obscure
    you can't know for sure as you don't know the quality of his opponent but if he won by KO vs Submission that info may be somewhat relevent

    I helped a guy gain 1/4" on his biceps with 1 workout, and it was definatly volume training
    eat that you buncha HIT nazi's
    (also helped Jesin gain 6/10 " and Q gained 1/10th", also DoctorX2k2 gained 1/4")
