Just wondering what are good alternatives to Protein powder straight after you finish your workout...

hmm... decent protein powder should be cheaper than other sources. especially sources like beef or chicken. calculate it out, a tub of protein gives you much more protein for the price of a bag of chicken. you gotta convert ratio's tho. like for 10 dollars of the protein tub and 10 dollars of chicken. more protein is in the supplement."Amateurs work until they get it right, pros work until they can't get it wrong."

People assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect, but actually, from a nonlinear, nonsubjective viewpoint, it's more like a big ball of wibbly-wobbly timey-wimey stuff.
