I've used both and I'll tell you that I will never get NO Explode again.
Now I didn't hate it, but I wasn't impressed at all.
SP 250 is one of my favorite Pre-Workout products out there. It pretty much gave me everything it said it would. Nice pumps and very good energy.
SP250 and White Flood are my two favorite pre-workout supps.
Shock Therapy gets an honorable mention. Hope this helped!

I've never really been into the "pre-workout pump product". I take RPM of course, as I am a rep for AN and I love RPM...but I did at one point use superpump250 for a little while, and I actually really enjoyed it for energy pre-workout.

I took Superpump250 and noticed a huge strength increase.
I have no idea if it was placebo or waht but about week into my Superpump I increased my row 10 lbs in 1 week. It also did cause a huge pump when doing hammer curls.
Also it gave me the courage to push my self(mentally) and so all my lifts whent up 10 lb in about 2 weeks but i think that was a head games..
What i did notice was my back could not possibly be just a mental issue. I increased my str there faster than ever but after i got off superpump250 it whent down 5 lbs from the 20 it went up...
So all in all it was awsome but only noticed signigicant gains in back exercies and I will be definatly buying another jug soon
No-xplode sorry I took 1 serving 1 time and noticed nothing so that's all

Chizek posted what I was going to:

SP 250 is one of my favorite Pre-Workout products out there. It pretty much gave me everything it said it would. Nice pumps and very good energy.
Also, NO Xplode seemed to give me more gassy burps during my workout than SP250 does

NO Xplode worked for me for only about a week before my body became immune to all the caffeine in it. It didn't really give me much of a pump at all, but did jumpstart my workouts. To me, it's basically an overpriced caffeine supplement.
On the other hand, I have only tried a few samples of SuperPump 250. I must say that the pump was much greater with this product than NO Xplode. Lots of my buddies have had good results with it, too. The thing that gets me is that a jug claims 40 scoops, but it says to take 2 scoops preworkout, leaving a measley 20 servings!
Best I've tried so far is either White Flood (great energy and focus, nice pumps, and a sweet price) or NO Shotgun v3 (great in all aspects but price).
Hope that helps
