    york kompact 800 wall chart

    hi,could anybody help me,i bought secondhand york kompact 800 multi gym but i dont know what excercise i can do on it,im looking for a wall chart for 800 model or 850 model,i've looked all over the internet but no joy,hope somebody can help,thanks.

    ctgblue posted this a while back, it might be of some help to you, you can download the other gym charts too.



    Go to products, multi-gyms, and M4
    Download the Wall chart
    the overhead lat station splits into a crossover, it's all bi-lateral setup so no cheating one side, can add leg press
    Pretty frikkin cool, nicest one I've seen in MANY years

    I found this wall chart today, charts are crazy expensive for what they are, if its any good you could print each photo onto A4
