Usually just compression shorts than regular loose ones on top, unless it involves a wet suit/swimming gear.

Just compression. wearing anything underneath just bunches up down there and I can't do what I got to.

I wear just compression shorts, anything under seems to ride and bunch up making it super uncomfy especially when have to wear a cup.
