you dont need 82 meals a day.

Just eat more caloric dense foods...if your not hungry, just eat when you are but eat more dense stuff...

peanutbutter, olive oil (fats basically)
pasta is pretty dense...

Definitely on a bulk I find it easier to get the cals in by eating less frequently in the day. Bigger meals, less often.

Try doing 5 meals in stead of 6, and if that's still too much, do 4 meals (Once every 4 hours!) Also, besides making sure that you are getting adequate protein and fat, fill the rest up with carbs. Carbs move through your system faster than protein ann fats, so another thing to possible consider is to down your carb sources first in your meal, then move onto protein * fats. (bro-science/speculation right here)

You can time it so that you've had two big meals before the gym, and that you will have two more after. You can have 3 before the gym, and one after. (personally I like knowing that I am more carbed up later in the day after a few meals).

If you're on a bulk then sometimes you have to force feed yourself! There can be many reasons for struggling to eat, including consuming too many calories. Some others from my own experience include the food being too dry or too plain, or my body is too tired to want to eat which means its even more important I get enough nutrients.

To counter I try and add as much variety in my diet as possible. I usually find chicken too dry to eat after working out, so I'll try and make sure I make it with a sauce which usually helps. I love trying out different recipes with different meats and find that helps me a lot, but not everyone is fond of cooking which is fair enough.

If you're trying to maintain, lose weight, or build but build slowly, then listening to your body is a good idea. Sometimes you just don't need to eat as much, and your body is telling you this. As long as you are steadily moving towards your goals then you're still doing something right.
