    Abs cut in the middle?

    How do you get your abs to get that cut in the middle cause right now i've a got the six pack my that cut in the middle isn't very defined is there any specific workout to do? or is it nutrition based to lose all that fat around the area?

    Don't know. I have the opposite problem. I have the ****ing grand canyon in the middle of my abs, but very little definition on the horizontal parts.

    I think it's just genetics. I've been working out for 3 and a half months and I have a slight cut in the middle. I have a friend who's been working out for several years and doesn't have it. He has a lower bf% than me as well
