Yes, second time posting sorry guys.
My diet is clean with the occasional bits of chocolate not even a whole bar or anything close lol just a bite or something off my missus...
But yeah my diet is clean as a whistle. Just help me out guys.
My workout is 3 day split and 2 day HIIT.
Will this work to get me ripped?

Its not about your diet being clean, if you wanna get ripped you have to have a clean diet and make sure your taking in abut 500 calories over your bmr. Also eat lots of protein, and before bed eat peanut butter or cottage cheese. Also try using some creatine mono and drink alot of water
