Lactase doesn't work. Those of you who have dairy solids digestion issues, enter!

I really wish I could drink as much milk as I want but I cant. I can drink like a glass without too much repercussion but if I drink much more it blows up my stomach, and subsequently the toilet. I think lactase helps a little but not nearly enough.

Have any of you found an enzyme complex that allows you to drink milk willy nilly?

Lactaid seems to work for me with cottage cheese, but that doesn't have near the amount of lactose as milk. I just stick to the lactose free milk. You get used to the taste after a while.

Stuck at ~10-11% BF for 2 months. Starting carb cycling on June 1st to try to break through that plateau.

I haven't tried lactaid because I found that lactose free milk is no different from regular milk to my body.

I can eat greek yogurt without issues, so that's my sole source of dairy at the moment. Eventually I will cave in and have some haagen dazs, but holding strong for now.
