Approximated 555 calories
3-4 grams of BA
1/2 scoop shotgun (black cherry)
2 grams creatine
1/2 serving fiber one
1/4 cup steel oats
1/4 to 1/2 banana
4-5 strawberries
handful of blue and or black berries
1.5-2 scoop of dymatize elite strawberrie protein
4-6 ounces of skim milk
8-10 water
I buy all my fruit when fresh and on sale and freeze them, the shake comes out cold and needs no ice.
On days I dont work out I drop the shot gun and banana and put fish oil and stevia(to make it sweeter) although I gotta say that shotgun is addicting and sometimes I sneak some in, as it adds sweetness and a nice kick in the am

Probably too much stuff to type out for me.
A good one I was using was:
1 scoop Nimbus Poseidon(minerals,B+C Vtiamins,Electrolytes and over all supplement enhancer).
1.5 grams Taurine(pumps,muscle volume and synergy with Creatine & electrolytes)
5 grams Creatine Monohydrate
1.5 grams Arginine Ester(can be replaced for AAKG which I personally like better)
3 grams Citrulline Malate(pumps,endurance and works in synergy with AAKG)
I also have throw in bulk GMS,bulk Cissus,bulk adaptogens like Rhodiola and Korean Ginseng,Beta Alanine,Leucine.

My preworkout
Caffeine 190 mg. synephrine 20mg agmatine 800mg beta alanine 3.2g DMAA 25mg and Gatorade powder for electrolytes/ flavor. I don't add the rest of this stuff but if I had the money I'd add D-aspartic acid and bulbine as well as vitam b complex vitamin c and citrilline malate and I'd also add creatine hydrochloride that's about the best preworkout I doubt any company can beat that
