every time i do hammer curls...the following da i gett extreme wrist pain where it is very difficult to go to the gym or do anything for a couple days for that matter!!! i dont know if im locking my wrists too tight or too much weight or whatever.....its an area i want to work on with my arms and its kind of irritating not to be able to do them!!
anybody got any advice for the pain, or technique, anything to make doing hammer curls an easier process??
