Why do my nipples feel like their on fire?(srs)
So i went on my usual run this morning and 3/4 through it my nipples started to burn hella hard. Anyone else know anything about this??

happens to me almost everytime i work out, shirt plus sweat is what does it. if it bothers you to bad just put a crappy bandaid over your nipple

did you wear a jersey type shirt when you went running? was it polyester? try all cotton shirts or wear all cotton muscle shirts.
when you sweat, the polyester shirt will chafe your nips. that and don't go boogie boarding shirts and try and do 360's near the shore.
talk about raw, red, sore nips.

It's runners nipple. Thats actually a medical term. Put some vasaline on or KY jelly or it might bleed if you run often enough. Also don't wear cotton t-shirts as they chaff
