About Me / Stats:
Age: 24
Weight: 181 (Weighed myself this morning)
Height: 5'9
BF %: 17% (Last time I checked, but I can assure that it's lower now. I will have it re-checked before tomorrow, the official start of this log)

Diet:
Currently I am following the CHA diet for this OBF competition. I may make some adjustments as it gets closer, b/c this past weekend I ate more carbs and feel a lot energized, refreshed, stronger at the start of this week.

Also, I will keep track of my diet on www.fitday.com for everyone to see!

Training Experience:
~6 years.
First 4 (give or take) were sport (baseball) specific. While the recent years have been more directed towards bodybuilding/strength building.

Training Split:
I will begin new Split. A Pull/Push/Leg split. But that will take effect next week.
To finish up this week, tomorrow I will be doing HiiT Cardio and then Leg day on Friday.

The actual exercise selection and rep range will be disclosed as the log goes on.

Yes..I am nursing an injury. Nothing that Cissus will necessarily will heal, but I have felt it helps...I have a torn shoulder/bicep ligament and therfore cannot do any direct shoulder work at the gym.

I have just started doing them in PT, so hopefully soon I will be able to incorporate some things in the gym

Well! It seems as if I will have to up in weight on BOTH these exercises! Way too easy!

Reverse Pressdowns // DB Inclines:

Felt REALLY strong on both of these as well! I may go up a bit on the DB Curls and the pressdowns, I will have to go up a lot!

Basketball! My director asked me to play and therefore I did. Played 2 game (equalling ~45 mins of cardio) and lost both!

Well, it seems that my arms were feeling STRONG today!!
That was a new PR for reps (during this program) on the BB Curls and DB Curls.
Will have to increase the weight next week!
