Anyone get this? Running or generally a lot of physical exertion causes this for me. Why does it happen?

The occurance could indicate inadequate warmup / intensity gradation, improper breathing [rapid and shallow], lack of core flexiblity, improper running gait / form [including foot strike and side to side motion / twisting], or sub-optimal footware.
You look like you may favor leaning to your left side too.It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it.

You may want to get an x-ray and blood test done - at the very least, get a physical. If you have cardio myopathy (enlargement of the heart), you could have a serious problem.
Better safe then sorry, at least get a physical done once a year.Last edited by rockdawg21; 04-15-2009 at 01:48 PM.
