Arrested? Issuing a restraining order is a civil matter. It only turns criminal if the order is violated.

Its going to go one of two ways:
Either the cops come knocking at your door tomorrow, which I suggest you do not answer (or indicate your presence in any way) because if they are coming to arrest you they probably don't have a warrant, and are seeking you because they believe they have reason to. If this happens don't answer the door but more imporantly, don't ask any questions. Politely and respectfully decline any conversation, stating you would like to see counsel.
The second (more like) thing is you'll be receiving a call from a constable or some other officer of the court, who will be bringing by a protectionary order for you to sign and acknowledge. Unless she says you hit her or makes up some domestic-situation type crap (review state laws on what is a "domestic relationship") then this is probably gonna be the outcome.
