First off you are not doing a 400 lb. farmer's walk!!! Farmer's weight is to be listed as per side. So, in other words, you will be doing a 200 lb farmer's walk.
Now, for the questions...
Your deadlift may be a struggle but that won't hurt you too much on the farmer's walk. Picking the farmer's walk handles up is more like a squat and yours seems to be pretty good.
I think you should do it. You'll have fun and probably find someone to train with who will push you.
