Ragnarok & Clout
Just a quick question
I take Ragnarok "caffeine version" as my pre-workout. I've been reading about such great results using Clout an Sizeon that I've decided to give Clout a try.
So I would like to know how would I dose Ragnarok an Clout?

No reason to take them together. Ragnarok has a full dose of creatine, so take Clout after you finish your jug of Ragnarok.

Yes, "clashing" again. Assuming you're working out ~4 days/week, you really shouldn't need to take any creatine on off days. If you only lift two or three times/week, you can take some cheap creatine monohydrate like ProLab's or SportPharma's on off days to save some cash.

Clout is our creatine product. Ragnarok is a preworkout product from Millenium (I think).
Rest days-
Take the clout first thing in the morning, it doesn't matter wether or not you take it on a empty or full stomach. On off days when your not using Ragnarok, take another serving of Clout at another point in the day, making sure you leave a minimum of a 4 hour gap between doses.
Workout days-
PM workouts: Take Clout first thing in the morning, and take Ragnarok before you lift.
AM workouts: Take Ragnarok before you lift, and Clout at another point in the day.

It is MST's pre-workout product, but it already has 4.5 grams of creatine per scoop.

I was thinking along the same line but i think the member above ^^ would say this is clashing of the supplements. He is also right, I do workout 4 times a week so i guess it's okay if I don't take creatine on my off days..

Gotcha...
He could just Ragnarok on workout days and Clout on off days if he wants. I'm assuming the OP already has both products?
