i lift mon-fri from about 320-445 in the afternoon.
monday:
chest/tricep
tuesday:
back/bicep/abs
wednesday:
shoulders/traps/forearms
thursday:
legs/abs
friday:
biceps/triceps/forearms.
i know this is a bad regime. i need professional help with what to work when(i think im overworking arms and maybe abs-just want them to get bigger faster)
please help guys
p.s. im doing a cleaner bulk

depends on the exercises you're doing
make sure to do bench and squat first on your chest/leg days
