Workout: HIIT 15s/45s x 15 min followed by 45 min LISS all on the stairmaster

Things are good....I had yesterday off...and even though I'm on call tomorrow...being post call on Thursday makes this a short work week!
It was horrible Rob....absolutely horrible. I ate all of it just to protect everyone else in fact.No excuses, just performance...

I honestly think I could go head-to-head on a cheat meal selection competition.......
*Don't tell Rob though.....as far as I'm telling him...they are all horrible and taste terrible.
1) I'm a bit disappointed. You told me last night you'd have a response for YESTERDAY's post......
To Respond to your Top 4:
4) Doing dishes burns calories. They are cheating themselves from a higher metabolism.
3) While doing dishes burns calories and can be done daily, taking out the trash more than once every couple days gets old.....lotsa water bottles....lotsa trips to teh garbage can....and when you live upstairs....it gets old even faster...
2) People who think they don't find a way to recycle the bottle at restaurants and just give you tap water anyway are just throwing away money, or asking their food to be damaged in some way. Hate to break it to the poor souls who paid $7.50 for bottled water...but you just paid for tap. That deserves a pimpslap if anything does, because you know I'm about being frugal.
1) While you can fashion a coffee table out of beverage cans, or make a cool wall display in college with beer bottles....you can't fashion functional furniture or home decorations with plastic water bottles....it just isn't as cool as the other stuff. Nor as sturdy and durable. Plus they are too noisy; it's distracting.
Plus stuff about the environment, etc...etc... Hey, I grew up drinking well water until I was 18 and refused to drink filtered water growing up. I turned out ok....
P.S. Re: # of people that can fit in your shower. Prove it. Pics/Vids or it didn't happen. You mad brah?No excuses, just performance...

Workout: Back Day
I honestly couldn't tell you most of the weights of anything done...because I made Jaime just set stuff up so I couldn't see it. When I asked what to put down, I was told to just put down "you were schooled."
Focus was entirely on form...because I am a notorious cheater.....and apparently this is not good for me . But in all seriousness, I knew this day was coming...and my ego isn't too badly bruised; I know this is all for the best .
I remembered the cardio specifics: Stepmill for 60 minutes, followed by some basketball after dinner.
J has the patience of a saint though...I'll give her that. She is a good egg.
Maybe tomorrow I'll remember to have her tell me what I was doing most of the time...No excuses, just performance...

Yesterday: Shoulders/Arms + HIIT.
Honestly, I should really have written the workout down. It was decently paced, and to be frank, I was having too good a time to want to interrupt the flow by bringing a notebook and stopping to write even if it meant I could have taken a few second break here and there. Between that and the company, it reminded me of how much fun it could be to have a workout buddy like I used to back in college.
Focusing on form for me has always been a pretty decent struggle of ego vs. what I know is a more appropriate approach of technique. So having someone who will actually tell me..."Put that down...stop..."....and it helps that I listen to her! It has been an awesome 3 days so far....with leg day tomorrow, which will be the ultimate ego lesson as squats have been a technique nemesis for over a decade. It was great! And unfortunately...the legs are really going to be going on strike tomorrow after Leg day AND HIIT.
It was a blast! And yeah....couldn't tell you the weights...hardly at all. Jaime just told me to subtract 30 lbs from all her numbers...but in some cases that would be like negative weights......so she might have been exaggerating.
Oh definitely. I was up for the first four points too..... I'm gonna hopefully get a re-match in to redeem myself.No excuses, just performance...

But if someone was correcting/scrutinizing/criticizing my form ALL THE TIME in order to help me rebuild my biomechanical base from a lifting perspective, and as a result, I was lifting like a little girl, I wouldn't want to post my numbers either.
